About Donielle

Hi, I am Donielle Saxton. I have been providing Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1998.  My sessions incorporate the training I have had in KMI Structural Integration, Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Visceral Massage, Energy Clearing Work and the many trainings I have taken over the years.

Why should you come see me for a treatment? Experience!

I have wanted to give the 'better back rub' since I was 12 years old.  I took classes in High School for Athletic Training and got certified as a Physical Therapy Aide through the Health Occupations Class I took my senior year.  In 1995 I received my BA in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Psychology (I was looking at the mind-body connection) from the University of Northern Colorado.

Kinesiology comes from the Greek word kinein meaning to move, ology is the study of, so Kinesiology is the study of human movement and muscles.  In 1998 I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with a 670 hour Massage Therapy Certification.  I moved to Loveland CO and practiced for a while.  In 2003 I graduated from the 500 hour KMI Training of Structural Integration with Tom Myers.  In 2010 I finished my 550 hour certification in Cranial Sacral Therapy from the Colorado School of Healing Arts.  I have also taken courses in Visceral (organ) massage, Walking the Lines, classes with Judith Aston, 40 hour dissection courses and various other Anatomy and Massage related continuing education courses.  I have the expertise to work with injuries and every day stress.

Through the years, I have learned to listen to my intuition more and more.  When I am working with you, my hands seem to know just where to go.  I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be able to use this gift daily.  In addition to the intuition in my hands, I have also developed my outer world intuition.  It has been known that a deceased loved one will come though in a session...if appropriate, I will let you know what they are telling me.  I am also offering sessions based off of my intuitive readings...let me know if you are interested..(additional $40/30 min)

I also enjoy educating others about the wonders of the body!  I teach Anatomy for yoga instructors, Advanced Neck and TMJ classes and am an associate instructor for Anatomy Trains, I have taught at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy and at the Colorado School of Healing Arts.

Bodywork is an essential part of a healthy and active life.  Massage has been used for centuries to ease pain, relieve stress, condition athletes and promote a general sense of well being.  Now is a great time to incorporate it into your life!
