Structural Integration is a whole body technique. By systematicly melting and moving the fascia (a connective tissue that covers the whole body-muscle, bone, tendons, ligaments, cells, organs, etc.) out of 'bound' areas (from superficial to deep), the body is able to re position and function better. Each session is unique and is working toward a specific goal of freeing up your body so that it can work with more ease and less energy spent keeping you 'upright'. Wouldn't you like to move in and out of different activities and daily life with ease, grace and with dynamic balance? Than the KMI series is for you!
Massage works with the muscles by kneading, stretching, pounding and rubbing to help restore the muscle to its natural state. Massage affects the whole body, not just the muscles. As you receive massage on a regular basis you will notice that your circulation will increase, your immunity will increase and your nervous system will be more relaxed and your stress levels will decrease.
Cranial Sacral Therapy is an integrative technique that allows the body to return to a more even homeostasis (all things working together). The therapist feels the rhythm of the cranial and sacral bones and the wave of the cerebral spinal fluid moving in the body then allows them to synchronize and thus allowing your body to relax and regroup, helping your body to work better naturally.
